I feel like I have so much to say and then like there is nothing at all to say. My face hurts and I am tired... I will rest and write more in a few days. Life just doesn't stop... it just doesn't.
No, life does NOT stop, but we are in control of it more than we think. I have had to kick my life down a few notches....because it CAN get out of control! Take a vacation from all the business ..... breathe......and nourish yourself. xxpati
